There is, among so many anti-war activities appening these days, a conference
happening at Douglas College, all day on Mar 1. 2003. (reg. at 10:30am)
Included speakers are: Dr Adel Samara, Jaggi Singh, two returnees from the Iraq
peace team, Tanya Suvendrini Lena, Hanna Kawas, Mordecai Briemberg and Riadh
Muslih plus a final panel of all operating anti-war groups doing a q&a on "where
do we go from here?" with the audience.
6:30pm
After all this will be a benefit featuring Palestinian folk dancing, music,
poetry, art displays, raffles and much more.
Food and yes, it's licensed. It promises to be quite a day for all of us, and we
look forward to seeing you there.
It's jointly being sponsored by the International Solidarity Movement and the
Douglas Students' Union.

As life gets rapidly more all-consuming and hectic, the first causalty for me is
email lists.
This, unfortinately, includes this one, and I would like to invite all of those
of you who are looking for anti-war and anti-corporate news, analysis,
discussion and information to consider joining Rad Green below.

Otherwise, my heartfelt solidarity to all of you and rememeber: "To honor our
dead, not a moment of silence but a lifetime of struggle!"
