Bid Representatives, Ian Tait, Terry Wright, Ken Baker and Marion Lay,
will provide an overview and update the current plans in the bid process
for the 2010 Winter Games.

Conference "Buy into a Dream" (Time TBA) Wosk Centre for Dialogue
(Hastings/Seymour). Vancouver 2010 Bid Vice President of Communications,
Andrea Shaw, will update the current plans in the bid process for the 2010
Winter Games. The presentation will tie into the conference theme "Buy
into a Dream".

F11: Stop the Reassessments ! Disability Community rally, starting 2pm at
VGH, marching to the City Council meeting at City Hall. At 4pm, Oust The
Olympics and No Games 2010 Coalition will put forth motions to halt the
reassessments and all City funding of the Olympic Bid.
F11: Vancouver 2010 Bid Open House, Simon Fraser University (G & H South
Concourse, AQ 3000 - SFU Campus, Burnaby) 11am - 3pm
F11: Lions Bay Community Advisory Group hosts a public discussion on the
Sea to Sky project, with corporate contractor SNC-Lavalin. 7:30pm Lions
Bay (either the Community Center or the Village Hall).

Purchasing Group for an in-depth exploration of the propect of a Sweat

F14: Public Dreams Society will be hosting a parade in FAVOUR of the
Olympic Bid. Time/location TBA.
F14: 11:45 a.m. GRANVILLE ISLAND (in front of the Arts Club Theater (1585
Johnston Street). As "Billionaires for the Olympics" the Friends of Frida
invite you to join the opening event of Celebration 2010, the Public
Dreams Community Parade. In costume or not, join us in our culture-jamming
of this event. We'll be handing out leaflets and song sheets and generally
satirizing the whole idea of the Olympics being a grassroots community

Vancouver. Friday, February 14th at the Church of Pointless Hysteria (110
West Hastings across from Woodwards)Doors open 9pm (Capacity is limited).
Cost is 6 bucks with Prom gear, 8 without.

library.

Bid Vice Chair, Don Calder, will update the current plans in the bid
process for the 2010 Winter Games.
F27: Vancouver 2010 Bid Presentation - BC Building Envelope Council
Presentation at 12:40pm. Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre,
Parkview Terrace Room (999 Canada Place). David Podmore, will update the
current plans and activities in the bid process for the 2010 Winter Games.
This presentation will cover the proposed venues and infrastructure
requirements.
M2-6: "Gloves Off" campaign begins during the IOC visit (this time frame
will be broken down into segments by OUT-O as planning continues)
