J14: Bid Book is released to the public early
 
J14: No Games 2010 Coalition public meeting, 7pm Britannia Community
Center Library - Learning Center.

J14: Adrienne Carr of the Green Party will announce her support of the
"NO" campaign.  3pm - 7pm Vancouver Public Library (main branch downtown).
Coalition members are asked to come out to leaflett alongside our newest
supporter !!

J18: Oust the Olympics meeting to strategize on actions during IOC visit
week (March 2-6).  5:00 pm, Carnegie Centre classroom # 2

J20: 4pm, No Games 2010 Coalition Presentation at Richmond City Hall. Phil
LeGood and Kevan Hudson will be presenting at the General Purposes
Committee at City Hall (Anderson Room) No.3 Road & Granville


J21: Bid Corp / VDLC forum at Maritime Labour Center, 7:30pm

can stimulate long term business outcomes". 7pm - 9pm. Wosk Center for
Dialogue (580 W. Hastings, Room 470). Admission is free, wheelchair

will provide an overview and update the current plans in the bid process
for the 2010 Winter Games.

F6: Vancouver 2010 Bid Presentation - Provincial Cooperative Association
Conference "Buy into a Dream" (Time TBA) Wosk Centre for Dialogue
(Hastings/Seymour). Vancouver 2010 Bid Vice President of Communications,
Andrea Shaw, will update the current plans in the bid process for the 2010
Winter Games. The presentation will tie into the conference theme "Buy
into a Dream". 

F6: Parks Board forum at Riley Park, Phil LeGood representing the "No"
side.

F6: The Olympic Debate (presented by CUPE) 6:30pm, Fletcher Challenge
Room, SFU Harbour Center (515 West Hastings). Panelists include Adriane
Carr (Leader, Green Party of BC), Chris Shaw (No Games 2010 Coalition),
Rosalind Sams (Mt Currie Native Band), Marion Lay (Olympic Athlete), David
Podmore (Chair Yes 2010 Campaign), Terry Wright (VP 2010 Bid Development)

F7: Vancouver 2010 Bid Open House - Killarney Community Centre 3:30-7:30pm
(presentation 5:00pm) 6260 Killarney Street.

F8: Public forum: environmental aspects of the Games: Hellenic Cultural
Centre, Arbutus Street 9am - 1pm. Colleen McCrory (Green Party)
representing the "No" side.

F8: Public Counter-Forum. Hosted by Oust the Olympics. SFU Harbour Center,
Labatts Auditorium. Starts at 3pm. Phil Le Good and others will speak.

F9: Prop-making for Emily Carr creative resistance actions. Modotti studio

F11: Disability Community rally to the City Council meeting at City Hall.
No Games 2010 Coalition will be there in solidarity.

F12: Olympic Faceoff 2010. 7pm - 8:30pm Kino Cafe (3456 Cambie Street).
Debate between David Podmore (Team Yes) and Chris Shaw (Team No). For info

F12: Vancouver 2010 Bid Open House - North Vancouver Squamish Nation Rec
Centre - 100 Capilano Road, North Vancouver 3pm - 8pm

F13: Bid Corp will be at the Vancouver 2010 Information Centre (200
Burrard Street) 3pm - 7pm

F14: Public Dreams Society will be hosting a parade in FAVOUR of the
Olympic Bid. Time/location TBA.

F15: Public forum: economic impacts of the Games. 9am - 1pm, Downtown
library.

F15: Trout Lake Community Center (3pm - 7:30pm) Bid Corporation display.
No Games representatives will be there with counter information.

F15: West End Community Centre 3pm - 5pm. No Games 2010 Coalition will
represent the "No" side (Phil LeGood or Chris Shaw). BC Greens will be
leafletting.

F17: Bid Corp will be at Richmond Centre Mall 9:30am - 6:00pm (6551 No 3
Road) 

F18: Grandview Woodlands Forum at Britannia School Cafeteria
(Napier/Commercial Britannia complex) 7pm-9pm

F18: Vancouver 2010 Bid Presentation - Squamish Chamber of Commerce (Best
Western Sea to Sky Hotel, Squamish) Starting at 12:30pm, Bid
Representative, Doug Kelsey, will provide an overview and update the
current plans in the bid process for the 2010 Winter Games.

F18: Vancouver 2010 Bid Presentation - Vancouver AM Hotel General
Managers, Terminal City Club (Vancouver) 7:00am - 9:00am. Vancouver 2010
Bid President, John Furlong, will provide an overview and update the

working this day for phone banks, polling station leafletting, etc. MARK

afternoon (time/room TBA) 

F23: CBC TV 7-9 pm (Chris Shaw and possibly Adriane Carr will be guests)
 
F27: Vancouver 2010 Bid Presentation - Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce
8:00am Executive Plaza Hotel - 405 North Road, Coquitlam.  Vancouver 2010
Bid Vice Chair, Don Calder, will update the current plans in the bid
process for the 2010 Winter Games. 

F27: Vancouver 2010 Bid Presentation - BC Building Envelope Council
Presentation at 12:40pm. Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre,
Parkview Terrace Room (999 Canada Place). David Podmore, will update the
current plans and activities in the bid process for the 2010 Winter Games.
This presentation will cover the proposed venues and infrastructure
requirements. 

M2-6: "Gloves Off" campaign begins during the IOC visit (this time frame
will be broken down into segments by OUT-O as planning continues)
 
M6: "Gloves Off" wrap up party at the Wise Hall (hosted by the No Games
2010 Coalition)
