Global Justice will be broadcasting on Shaw, channel 4:

Jaggi Singh and other social activists spoke about the "Battle Against

Imperialism" at the "Under the Volcano" summer festival in North
Vancouver 
on August 10th, 2003.

This will be broadcast on:
Saturday, Aug, 30 @ 1:30-2pm (original airing)
Monday, September 1, @ 10-10:30pm (rebroadcast)
