1  year anniversary of Bill 27


The BC government has attacked the health of thousands of people with 
disAbilities and those who are poor through their cruel and unnecessary 
reassessment  and cuts to necessary health services.  Many will lose their 
meager disAbility benefits of $786.00 per month and be reduced to (PPMB) 
Persons with Persistent and Multiple Barriers to Employment rates of 
$609.00 per month or "employable"benefits of $510  They will 
join thousands of others who will be cut off welfare April 1 2004.  In memory of 
the 400 who are now cured by Coell and his Cronies.


Join with others who are concerned about this "war on the poor".
