Urban Native Youth Association/
Basketball BC
3 on 3 tournament

At Strathcona Park
on the Downtown Eastside
Saturday, August 30th 2003

This will be a day a community day of food, arts, crafts  music and a
competitive 3 on 3 basketball tournament .

Division A
Ages 12-14 boys and girls
Prizes include back to school supplies, t-shirts and trophies
This division is full!

Division B
Males ages 18 and up -Competitive Division
There is a cash prize for the winning team.

Registration is $50 for this division.

Each participant receives a free T-shirt.


Proceeds from this event will go to the Urban Native Youth Association.
UNYA's mandate is to help Native youth in the urban setting. The Urban
Native Youth Association firmly believes that providing lifeskills, job
training, education, and a safe and relevant setting are important steps in
working towards a brighter future for Native youth.
