Dirty Lingerie: The un-sexy side of La Senza

Workers making La Senza products in Thailand are facing ongoing
intimidation and harassment by their employer. For the past two years,
management at the Gina Form Bra Company Ltd. has targeted union
supporters, unjustly firing 27 union members and laying off five members
of the union executive committee. The company has conducted a heavy
surveillance campaign and hired contract workers with lower wages and
benefits, aimed at busting the union. According to Thailand's National
Human Rights Commission, the company's actions violate Thai labour laws
and United Nations' covenants on human rights. This is not a boycott of La
Senza products. Thai workers making La Senza lingerie request your
support.

Tell La Senza to respect worker rights in Thailand now!

Pass this flyer to the La Senza store manager or staff. Tell them you are
concerned about worker rights violations in Thailand. Ask them to convey
the following message to their head office: Don't cut and run from its
responsibility to workers making La Senza products in Thailand. Pressure
La Senza's Thai supplier to:

  1.. Reinstate unjustly fired and laid-off union members immediately.
  2.. End all intimidation and discrimination against workers immediately.
