March and Rally Against the War on Iraq Saturday, April 12 

The International Peace Movement is again gearing up for massive rallies. Vancouver will play its part. Please help by distributing 
this announcement as broadly as possible. Join us for ANOTHER INTERNATIONAL DAY OF ACTION

To say: Stop the War on Iraq
And call for: End the American Occupation of Iraq, AND for Peace and 
Justice in the Middle East, which requires an end to the Israeli 
occupation of Palestine.

11:30 am Gather at the VPL Central Branch at Robson and Homer
12:00 Noon March through downtown
1:00 pm Rally at the Art Gallery with music and speakers

Saturday, April 12, 7:30pm
SFU Harbour Centre, 515 W. Hastings, 
...raw...chilling...banned in Israel...this film includes testimony from Jenin residents after Israel's April 2002 attack that ended in flattening the center of the refugee camp....many Palestinian and international human rights groups have charged Israel with war crimes in Jenin...the film shows the bitter aftermath and the trauma in the Palestinian population from Israel's military actions. 

Presentations by ISM-Vancouver activists recently returned from the West Bank: Drew Penland, Gordon Murray, Carel Moiseiwitch.

Admission by donation. All proceeds from the evening will go to help rebuilding the Jenin camp.
