Dear friends,

You are cordially invited on April 6 to an informal reception for Drew
Penland, Gordon Murray and Carel Moiseiwitch, who have just returned from
occupied Palestine.  They worked with the International Solidarity Movement
in support of Palestinian non-violent resistance to the Israeli occupation.

During their time in Palestine they witnessed and challenged Israeli army
brutality toward Palestinian civilians, from home demolitions to military
checkpoints to the construction of the apartheid wall.

Members of ISM-Vancouver will also be present to talk about the ongoing work
of ISM-Vancouver.

The reception will be held on Sunday, April 6, from 2 - 4 pm at the
Britannia Community Centre, at Commercial and Napier in Vancouver in the
Learning Resources Centre (LRC) under the library.  Light refreshments will
be served.
