[van-announce] Call out for Anti-Olympic Spokes Meeting

No Games ! will soon be hosting a spokes meeting for interested
individuals and groups regarding olympic bid opposition.  The purpose will
be to network, share strategies and ideas, and to begin plans for a major
street action for when the IOC visits Vancouver in the spring.
