        Global Justice Video Project Presents:

"Progressive Platforms - Vancouver Civic Elections"
Tuesday Sept. 10th 7:30 p.m.
Video In - 1965 Main St. (3 blks south of Science World/Main Skytrain)
Admission by donation ($5 suggested, no one turned away for lack of funds)

In a 5 part series, hear what people are putting forward as progressive
platform on public transportation, housing and 'common good' initiatives
for the citizens of Vancouver. As the civic elections approach there is
great need to put in place candidates who will represent the people and lend
their support to fighting the Campbell government's agenda, proven to be an
agenda solely for the benefit of the rich and corporate community. Be
prepared to vote for the candidates in Vancouver who will represent the
peoples' agenda. Discussion to follow screenings.

This is a fundraising event for the Global Justice Video Project, but
more importantly it is a venue for helping people see the candidates most
likely capable of making a difference in fighting the neo-liberal agenda in
the up-coming Vancouver civic elections.

Tom
