Hey Everyone,

Thanks for your interest in youth in the city. With your cheers, presence, 
liquor buying and general good taste you’ve made our launch party a 
success. 

So…lets talk for just a second. Its better to give then receive so I asking 
you to give some time, brain power and sweat for the cause (maybe the 
name of our next event “the cause”). 

So your asking yourself…well cass, this sounds great… but I’m not sure 
how I can make a difference in this election.

Do I have an answer for you…of course I do. We need brains (but we’ll 
settle for bodies) to come down to the first general meeting, its going to 
be the kinda meeting that makes you think your at a party. I will promise 
a goodtime and that’s all I have to give.

So we will be talking about getting the vote out, and setting up our office.
We will be having contests for crazyist ideas on getting the vote out, and 
we WILL make them happen. That’s the deal, we need you.

We want every young person in Vancouver to…

1. Know that there is an election on nov. 16th
2. Know if they are eligible to vote and if they aren’t how they can push 
the vote 
3. Know what City issues are
4. Get out to the polls on nov. 16th
5. Participate in democracy, not just an election every 3 years
