the Anti-Poverty Committee invites you to attend a community forum:

POLICE ATTACKS & LIBERAL CUTBACKS
Saturday October 12 - 3-5pm (starting at 3pm sharp)
Britannia Auditorium

This forum will feature video footage from the Police Riot at Britannia
last week.  It will also be a chance to share and build strategies to
fight against this brutal Liberal government.

There will be various panelists from the Grandview-Woodlands community
speaking about the police attack and our community's response. We also
hope to solidify some demands to be taken to the next public police board
meeting which is wednesday october 16th at 3pm at the vancouver public
library.  There have been 75 arrests in the past 2 weeks at Britannia and
Woodwards.  It's time we organized to end the reign of terror coming from
the true thugs: the police, Gordon Campbell and the BC Liberals.
