PROTEST LYNN STEVENS!
(a demonstration organized by independent women's organizations and 
supported by the APC. We ask for your help in distributing this announcement 
to as many lists as possible due to the extremely short notice there has 
been for this event.)

SATURDAY JULY 20TH

1125 HOWE St. (Corner of Howe and Helmcken)

BC's Minister of State for Women's equality is on tour!
She's having a closed consultation meeting to discuss her "safer communities 
strategy". Join us in letting her know that Women's Centres, Legal Aid, 
Community Based Sexual Assault Centres and Pay Equity make our communities 
safer.
The APC will not allow Lynn "just make more money" Stevens to speak without 
opposition. We will fight back against her sexist ad classist "safer 
community strategy". We will fight back alongside our sisters!
