It's on the 7th floor of the Hall Building (Small Lounge) from 10am - 4pm. Tell your friends! So far, our volunteers list is as follows: Hannah M: 1-3pm Vincent: all day (+set up) Lisa: 12:30 - 3pm Lorien: all day Anaii: 1-4pm Sebastian: 9:30/10am - ? (set up) April: 9-10am (set up) Jason: 9:30am - 12pm (+set up) We still need some people in the morning (10am - 12pm specifically), and at 4pm for tear-down, so if you'd like to volunteer, send over an e-mail! Alright, we've been relatively busy these past few weeks (or so I like to think), so we haven't really had a meeting in a while, BUT, we're having one this Friday, October 14th (For people who want to come to meetings but can't (or don't want to) on Fridays, I promise these Friday meetings won't be a regular thing. I just need to kinda get myself organised. Usually we like to do them earlier in the week)! But yes, we've been busy. Between now and our last meeting, we had our first Really Really Free Market, which had a fairly good turnout despite the lack of promotion, (so thank you to all of you who came) but now that we've got our budget for the year, it's time to get down to brass tacks. On the agenda this week is our annual Tea-In, mostly, and we probably need to plan the next RRFM as well, but other than that we've only got a few other ideas floating around. For those of you not in the know, this is where we all camp down in the Hall Building lobby and drink tea to protest the lack of student space at Concordia. For those of you who might be concerned or perhaps intimidated about the word "protest": This is a peaceful protest. All we do is drink tea and make chit-chat until either we run out of water (almost guaranteed) or security tries to make us leave (highly unlikely). So come see us! On Tuesday, October 18th , we'll be in the Hall Building lobby (in front of the auditorium doors) starting at 11h00 , and we'll stay there all day, so if you can't come in the morning, you can still drop by at any time during the day and come say "hi"!
