Yo überculture, 

The Quebec government is having its second round of consultations with the Partenaires en Education on Monday, December 6 in Quebec City . They're talking about literally doubling your tuition by 2012. This is brutal, nonsensical, anti-student, anti-worker nonsense. It is also a perfect opportunity for überculture to bring on the fun! 

Along with the CSU, we're working to put everyone who wants to go on a FREE bus to Quebec City to protest these hikes, along with thousands of other students from every university and CEGEP from across the province. We're leaving at 8:45am SHARP from outside the Hall Building on Monday, the 6th of December, and will be getting you back around 5:30 to 6:00pm ...just in time to see the YES MEN live at Cinema Politica. 

We want your help, so reserve your seat now! (We need to know how many buses we need!) Fill out the form—we'll even give you a wake-up call.

Obviously, the government plans these things so that they happen right in the middle of exams, which is why we'll be feeding you snacks, and arranging for a "study" bus (as well as a party bus) for those of you who need to work on papers.
