Hello Tami,

Ken here.  We did have the meeting and tossed around some ideas.  There are
no minutes as it was just a general discussion.  It seems we are leaning
towards doing a party/BBQ type event for this year as we are getting short
on time.  We have an Outreach Committee Meeting on Wednesday, June 15th at
6pm at the VPS Office here at 1080 Howe Street suite 304.

Can you join us for that?
