i'll be presenting some ideas i've researched on "independent oversight" institutions (bureaucracies) in relation to democracy, and partly a reflection on the rent assembly panel on bureaucracy and "engagement".

hi all,

i had planned on giving a presentation tonight on militant research, which i have prepared, but am really needing a bit of time to get grounded again. the weekend's rent assembly was a full one, and i'm still processing many things. i can tell that i won't be as engaged or present tonight as i would like to be, so i won't attend tonight's meeting. i hope it's a wonderful one, and i look forward to hearing about it and being at the next one - with militant research research in hand.
