[SWAF-Potluck] vaccines and clients

Thanks Kamile! I have been concerned about this as well, but didn't take
precautions soon enough and I've already been exposed to several vaccinated
clients during hand release. I truly hope this article is not true. But it
wouldn't surprise me.
