Thanks for sharing this Chenoa.
Definitely something we should be doing for (potentially) dangerous
clients, but I'd like to see us have a list for no shows etc as well.
Is there a spreadsheet or something we can create that is shareable
through here? Anyone know? Or an existing blacklist we can access?
I do find our tantra clients are very different from the average SW's
clients. Not a lot of overlap.
