Hi Anna,
It is been confirmed by several ladies in my network who were verified on
Eros with their ID  have been compromised at the border.   Not everyone,
but anyone with a Nexus pass.
 Some ladies were question directly at the border, and others just received
a letter that their nexus was rescinded.
 It appears that when you apply for Nexus, you provide your drivers license
number.  US immigration  obviously cross-referenced the drivers license
numbers they had from Eros to DLs given for Nexus.  Otherwise, US border
control has very little way to cross reference that.   In other words, they
can’t access our drivers license databases easily.

 I personally talked to a lawyer to see what my own risk would be, and I
have had no problems on my own.  I don’t have nexus.
 But the advice that I got was if I was question directly about sex work at
the border, not to answer yes under any circumstances. Instead, asked to
withdraw your petition to enter the US. That means that you walk away from
the border and it will not be easy the next time and you should probably
contact the lawyer to help you.  But if you lie and say no, and they have
material evidence, then you can be subject to a lengthy ban.

 Long story short, don’t get a nexus if you work in the sex industry!

 I haven’t heard any issues related to back page for my community.
