[SWAF-Potluck] Incall Space for Rent Downtown Vancouver Near Davie and Burrard

Hi Everyone,

Aurora and I find ourselves with 2 incall spaces for the month of
October and we would like to rent one of them out. There might be a
possibility of extending on into November - we will know after Oct 26th.

The space is a 1-bdrm in a well maintained 10-storey building in Davie
Village (Bute and Pendrell) overlooking Mole Hill historic houses and
Nelson Park, with views of the mountains and some ocean. 9th floor
corner suite.

The incall is decently furnished with a massage table, sectional couch,
kitchen table/chairs and wall art - right now it doesn't have a bed but
we can get one if you need one. There will be enough kitchen equipment
for you to live here if necessary.

So there are a few options for renting:

Live and work here for the month: $1470/mo (this is our current rent and
hydro cost). If you wanted high speed internet it would be an additional
$100. There are plenty of cafes nearby with internet.

Unlimited shared use of the space with up to 2 other practitioners but
not living here: $735/mo or $370/week

Occasional hourly as needed use of space: Please contact us to talk
about your needs and hourly rates.
