[SWAF-Potluck] work insurance

Hey gang,
I'm wondering if anyone out there has personal/work insurance?
I hurt my wrists last year doing a yoga teacher training and didn't do
my sensual massage work for several months.I'm sort of back at it now
but doing it quite differently to protect my wrist, which still is not
better.
So I'm wondering if anyone has insurance for that kind of thing, that
I could get to protect myself in the future in case I can't work...? I
may be fucked though because I already have this wrist injury now, but
to cover me for other things.
Also, is there any kind of provincial disability or something like
that that I could access?
