Vancouver Sex Workers Honoured with Memorial

Well, it wasn't exactly a full civic apology. But, it sure was a first! The highest ranking senior female officer, Superintendant Davey, two Vancouver City Councillors, a former Vancouver Mayor and a Canadian Member of Parliament for Vancouver. All acknowledged the harms caused by laws and enforcement and sex workers' struggle for equality.
