hi everyone,

life insurance does not cover murder no matter what...so your profession shouldn't matter....

how do you list your occupation on income tax....say the same thing on your insurance. this way it's consistent

say you are a masseuse or something...this is not so obvious as escort....entertainer works too...

but yes, you should have no problem filing claims.....dangerous profession is soldier...or if your are working in a war zone...then they don't insure...they deny

in terms of accidental death etc....our job should have no relevance, if it does, maybe find another insurer as they will likely be difficult to deal with no matter your job when filing a claim. if they are fusee or vague about benefits...they will probably have a rough time whatever you try to claim

or ask your bank, they know you and almost all banks have insurance policies for sale. Vancity or any credit union i think will be best. they are cooperatives and often collectively bargain for good benefits and rates for customers

love susie

Subject: [SWAF-Potluck] Life Insurance

Hi SWAF peeps,

Does anyone carry life insurance and are open about their profession? I am looking for a company that will guarantee not to deny a claim.

I talked to one agent and she said in terms of promiscuity they only adjust or deny for HIV positive. But then there is dangerous profession denial, which I don't understand totally. I don't want to be completely open about work without feeling like it will be a safe conversation.

Plus I am not a full service provider and I would like an insurance company that understands and looks at the differences.

thanks if anyone has any info that would be helpful.

xxx Chenoa
