Hi all,

I have a very nice 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in a high-rise in the Yaletown
area available to rent/share with another reputable provider.

- granite counter tops in kitchen
- hardwood floors
- ensuite washer/dryer
- queen size bed (no massage table)
- corner unit
- large bathroom
- fully stocked with linens and supplies

Looking to share with someone respectful, low volume, no drugs or drama.

I've been here almost a year and a half and haven't had any issues with the
land lady or building manager.  There is no concierge, cameras in public
areas of building (lobby, elevator etc).

Currently using a google calendar for bookings by the hour.  $50/hr for
rent.
