[SWAF-Potluck] Fwd: [FIRST] WARNING!

I'd be very surprised if he would use any phone that is registered to him or any phone number that might be associated with him. Police would easily have access to all his phone records by now for surveillance. Likely credit cards etc as well. 

It seems to me from this discussion that in fact there is no easy way to screen this person. Something for more thought i guess.
