I may have posted this already (I'm living in a state of permanent brain fog these days so please forgive me), but here it is again.  

Paysafe cards are also available at Safeway as are the reloadables once you have a Paysafe card.  

If you are looking to use bitcoin, Waves coffee shop at 900 Howe has a bitcoin machine that has the best exchange rates in Vancouver.  The fellow who maintains it is Chris and he has an office there as well.
