Set in L.A., at Christmas, the film (directed by Sean Baker) is the story of Sin Dee (Kitana Kiki Rodriguez), a transgender sex worker who just got out of jail and discovers her boyfriend has been cheating on her. 

Tangerine was shot with almost no budget on the iPhone 5s!

One reason i am sharing this with SWAF is that i remember there was interest in video production expressed here. I thought perhaps this film might be an awesome inspiration for sex workers interested in creating their own media.
