[SWAF-Potluck] no show or just lame?

I would not consider someone who did not confirm an appointment a "no show." The fact that he said he needed to confirm the appointment in the morning means he may have a valid reason for not being able to book that morning.

Basically, if he hasn't confirmed his booking, then he technically isn't booked! That means if you have the opportunity to book another client in that time slot you should. His tough luck if he calls to confirm but you already have the time booked.
