[SWAF-Potluck] no show or just lame?

I agree...if someone has confirmed with me and then doesn't bother to show, (unless he has a really good reason) i have a hard time offering him my attention, and typically don't book with him unless he offers to pay extra. I have contemplated the idea of asking for a deposit, or setting up an online payment system for this reason. Does anyone have thoughts on this?
All love from mexico, amigos/amigas.
