[SWAF-Potluck] no show or just lame?

Hi everybody,

Just curious what you all do in this situation... when a client books in
advance and says they will reconfirm the morning of, and they don't, do you
consider that a no show (and not book them again), or do you just consider
it lame and disrespectful and maybe book them if they call again in the
future?

Also curious how you handle no-shows? I won't book them again or even
answer their phone calls -- one strike and they are out. What do you do?
