[SWAF-Potluck] retraining programs for sex workers?

I'm friends with people who work at PEERS in Victoria, and my understanding
is that the money is available in the form of grants. Organizations can
apply for the grants, but not individuals. I hope PEERS gets one, since
they have several ideas for helping people transition, but my hopes aren't
high that they will get money. I know a lot of church organizations are
applying for the grants. Sigh.
