Hi Mary,

Do you remember his behavior when he was "Bill"? Or maybe he only called but you haven't ssen him before? I am asking because i am wondering if not carrying cash bullshit is a strategy to claim that he wasn't going to pay for sexual service because if the new law. 

I used to run a bad call list in the 1990s and i designed an online bad date list which in the end never got off the ground, but the code for the forms and database i still have somewhere. It was called http:/-baddates.ca but i let the domain go.
