[SWAF-Potluck] Yellow Pages Shuts Out Escorts

Everyone is free to do as they like. I just wanted everyone to be aware that this protest has been organized primarily by Aboriginal elders from the DTES where there is a great deal of discomfort around issues relating to sex work and violence against Indigenous women. The request to wear red comes from elder Marlene George and is symbolic in this protest of blood. Gladue's death has already been exploited by abolitionists for their cause. While the consent issue is directly related to sex work, the lack of Justice in this case is typical of what Indigenous women in general experience.
