[SWAF-Potluck] Renting for July & August

Hi folks,
As most of you know, I moved up the Sunshine Coast about 6ish months ago
and have been travelling between here and Vancouver for work 1-2x a month.
I'm hoping to come and live in Vancouver for July & August.
My central 1bdrm apartment in Powell River will be available to sublet as
well..  Daily/Weekly/Monthly... Fully furnished... Maybe you take mine
while I take yours? Open to suggestions!

My requirements for an apartment in Vancouver:
-I will be living/working from the space and would prefer not to share with
a roomie
-I have another apt I love to use but doubtful it will be available for all
of both months... I am open to splitting my time between 1-3 places as an
option.
-1 bedroom or bachelor, doesn't matter
-Hopefully furnished with at least a bed and a fridge/stove, I have my own
massage table and linens I am able to transport
-In Vancouver proper. Not Richmond/Burnaby/Surrey etc. I don't mind East
Van/Kits/downtown/West End/False Creek
-Reasonably priced, probably not over $1000/month and possibly small dog
friendly (although not a 100% requirement, it would help keep my expenses
down a lot). I can probably flex a bit on these details, but thats a
ballpark.
-I do not smoke anything and not a party girl, I am respectful of a persons
property always. Can provide references of others I have shared with.
