Aside from the discretion of municipal police forces, it is important
to keep in mind that Provincial Attorneys General will have discretion
with regard to trying cases. It is not implausible to imagine that a
province could still implement a repressive tolerance model -- where
the laws are not enforced except in exceptional circumstances.

I agree with Kerry here, I would not want to continue to promote
Pickton. This issue is not about Pickton. This issue is about sex
workers and their labour rights.
