Yes, it could pass. But it could also have many amendments. This is
only the first draft for first reading in the House. There are three
readings before Parliament votes and then the law must pass the Senate
to receive Royal Assent.

Don't despair!! There is a lot we can do! Get your self a red umbrella
and the most fun, sexiest, outrageous costume and come out and March!
