[SWAF-Potluck] Finally!

Hi everyBAWDY!!  I have finally, (kicking and screaming pretty much), pulled my act together enough to have a very casual soirée!

My son, Lewis, is coming to visit from WINTERPEG!  It will def be neo-tropical here compared to there!  Lewis is an apprentice chef in Winnipeg so he and I are going to cook together (in addition to being one of my favourite methods of self-care, it's also one of "our things" we love to do)!  The challenge is having enough people around to eat our culinary creations (hence, the invite)!!!  So, wanna help? 

Here's the rub though, the only time that works will be Thursday, February 20th after 8:00 pm.  I know that won't work for some but now that I'm organized, I can do another one on a Sunday in a couple of months.  

My place is near Slocan & East Hastings.  Just so y'know, we have a cat (Indy) and a dog (Marvin) who are shedders!  Sticky lint rollers will be available for your convenience (fancy heehee)!  

Now, full disclosure:  while I will be inviting guests who consider themselves allies, most are not directly connected to the industry.  Having said/typed that, please RSVP by February 17th so I can figure out quantities and the menu (we're thinking Mediterranean, so omnivores and carnivores are covered for sure and we will be able to work in some vegan options).  If you have any questions about anything, such as allergies, email me directly and we can figure something out.  As far as beverages go, we will have coffee/tea/water available however, please, feel free to BYOB, mix, garnishes, etc.  Let me know if you are able to join us!! XOXOX
