Sounds like he has mental issues on the phone, but I am used to socially inept ghost men. I was nervous as he was arriving (NEVER AM) He came in with goggly eyes, I sat w him near my door to try and calm him down and get a few answers, what do you do for work kind of thing. Said he was here for seminar on food product development management people products... just a bunch of words. I could feel his name was not Robert. He said he was from California, oh really where? the valley. Oh I am from Burbank and Santa Barbara... gets more nervous. I tell him he is so nervous he is making me nervous, so lets take a breath and tell me your real name. And he said maybe he should leave. So he did. 
It may not seem all that weird to you, but I got the feeling he wanted to be violent, and my sweet smile and the long pointy metal stick with a heart on it (looks like a magic wand -feels like a great weapon) diffused him. Just thought I would say... friends... i don't like the feeling from him please stay away cuz I loves you all.
