[SWAF-Potluck] Looking for a Tantrica in the Washington DC area

Hi All, 

I am looking for a Tantrica in the Washington DC area that I can recommend. 

Also just to let you know in case you did not, my house was involved in a fire last week and although it did not burn there was extensive water damage and I am displace for 1-2 years. 
I am thankfully insured and I have a positive outlook. 
I am looking for some advisement in regards to insurance and a very understanding (of my work situation would be ideal) mortgage person, should you happen to know of someone.
