[SWAF-Potluck] Merry Christmas

Hilarious!  I have to send it to my mom in Winnipeg. She will tell me how awful it is while my dad is about... Later she will call me back to tell me she sent it to all her "girls", meaning the eleven women she has been friends with since she was five years old.  They have been friends for seventy years and are spread out all over the world.  They get together every five years to celebrate their birthdays.  Spring 2014 they all turn seventy-five!  

Since getting busted, they all heard about my alter ego, Sinful Sydnee.  Now that all the uncertainty about my sentencing is done, the legal stuff is over, my kids are doing great and I have never been happier, they have been sending me questions.  Loads of everything they ever wanted to know about being a hooker but were afraid to ask (my mom always tells them they wouldn't have anyone else to ask anyway lol)!  Anyway, I just wanted to share that for some reason. 

Also, I know there is a holiday/Christmas potluck, which I cannot attend unfortunately, so all the best of the season to everyone!!  For anyone who is alone on Christmas Day, I am resurrecting (wrong holiday I know, but being a devout atheist, I couldn't help myself hahaha) what was an annual event I hosted every Christmas Day Evening.  I called it Barb's Annual Jewish Christmas Potluck for the folks I knew who were on their own on Christmas.  

The last one was Christmas 2008 before getting busted.  As a cultural Jew who loves to cook I started doing this when I lived in Toronto in the late 80's... Fuck that's seems so long ago!  Anyway, I am starting the Vancouver version this year, so, if you find yourself desiring some old school chopped liver or matzah ball soup, I'm in a position to fulfill that desire my darlings.  123YAY!!! 

Email me ASAP at barbineastvan at gmail.com so I know how much to make.... Something about Christmas cookies and potato knishes really puts me in a happy place!  A little Bony M and some jingle bell rock gets me groovin (and we got some snow too)!
