That's a drag......... a big one! But if no one is putting anything in
your mail, or under the door, and no one has called from the building or
any other of the sources mentioned, I'd have to assume it's someone who
just wants to make you squirm. Could be a woman who isn't getting 'any'
or some 'busybody' who came to see you or knows someone who did? Without
any real action, like eviction or warning letter or something in writing
in the mail, it's just a jerk, I would think. Scarlett
