[SWAF-Potluck] Apartment and cell phone available

Hey everyone,
My bf owns an apartment in Burnaby, near Brentwood Mall and the
skytrain station and his tenant just announced he is moving out
December 1 or January 1... We thought we would put it out the group
and see if anyone is interested in a short term monthly rental
(roughly 3-6 months) for work or personal use or both... We might be
open to occasional use, depending on the situation.
It's a newer 2 bdrm, 1 bathroom apartment with in suite laundry, free
parking and a dishwasher.
He is asking $1300/month but can be flexible on that price for the
right person/situation.

Also,
I bought a 3rd cell phone a while ago for a business venture that
didn't end up taking off and now I'm stuck with it... Does anyone want
to take over the plan and cell phone?  No purchase necessary, just
take over the plan and you can even change the phone number.. It's an
Android, barely used, brand spankin' new, comes with everything
including the box!
