Hi everyone 

I'm looking to sublet my space from December 22nd until the end of February 2013 with the possibility of extending into March 2013.  It's a small 1 bedroom apartment in the West End on Beach Ave.  Fully furnished and equipped for working with massage table, sheets, towels etc.  It's an awesome location just steps from the seawall and with an ocean view from the balcony (apartment is north facing).  There is a swimming pool, hot tub and gym in the building.  The rent is $1175 per month, including use of the pool.  If you need parking I think it is around $75 a month.  There are laundry facilities on the floor just a few steps from the apartment.
