[SWAF-Potluck] July 1 Potluck

Hi Everyone,

I made an effort to book the hot tub in my building 
for June 24th but it is already booked for that time.  I have booked the
 hot tub/amenities space which doesn't give us exclusive use of it but 
allows for a larger group to make use of the space together.  THere are 
bathrooms and showers by the hot tub.

Here are the details:

BBQ/Hot Tub Potluck

Time: Sunday July 1st, 5pm-10pm

Bring: Potluck Item to share, Bathing suit & Towel if you plan on hot tubbing, beverages

We will meet at my home around 5pm.  The hot tub is in the neighboring building so please be mindful and bring food that is easy to transport and deal with.  By 5:30pm we can head to the building next door and head up to the rooftop hot tub. 

One
 of the rules on the rooftop is NO ALCOHOL.  If you plan on drinking up 
there, please bring a coffee mug or water bottle and fill it with 
alcohol in my apartment so you can leave all obvious containers behind. 
 

Around 7:30pm we can start heading back to my apartment for our
 usual chat from 8pm-10pm.  I'm open to having a social night or sitting
 down for a formal circle.  Maybe we can have a vote the evening of to 
decide on what we'll do.
