Hi Folks,

Just to let you know that Wild Greens Canada is back and looking for
activists to work with around the country and around the world.

For those not familiar with Wild Greens we have been around since 1999
in New Zealand and since 2001 in Canada. Here is a description from
the website;

"An aggressively active and growing group of Greens world-wide who
believe that
non-violent direct actions are a necessary and effective answer to
government and industry's raping of this planet's resources in the
name of profit and economic growth at all cost.
While some Wild Greens support Green Parties in their electoral
pursuits, we also believe that Green thinking people need to have a
stronger and more public presence when environmental and social issues
are involved. Many Wild Greens are not members of any political party.
What unites us is our belief that Earth is a fragile planet, and worth
saving. Since this is a worlwide movement members from all nations are welcome."

We have no heirarchy, and no dues, local groups are autonomous and do
their own thing, while actively supporting each other.
