Something that would help me, and others hopefully, is a specific vision and goal.  What types of specific actions should be taken and for what specific reason at this specific time--this could be in addition, if you all feel it is appopriate, to a more general and standing cohesive vision.  

My understanding is that this is a somewhat decentralized movement, but in order for it to be a national movement, albeit a decentralized one, basic information and "mission statement" type info. need to be available at some central location on the web.

If all this is already somewhere and I'm a complete idiot for not finding it, then just tell me where, and maybe call me names.

I'm in Waco, Texas, and right now I'm involved in creating an open forum for discussion of current issues and events on a college campus, so any ideas you have could possibly be incorporated in no official way with certain groups of students that I have come into contact with.
