Film screening and discussion on Canada's role

Sunday, Feb. 19, 6pm at Rhizome Cafe (317 E. Broadway)

Join us for a screening of ‘Tour of Duty’, an Australian documentary about
the role of Special Forces in the war on Afghanistan, followed by an
update and discussion on Canada’s ongoing role. Although it now receives
far less attention in our mainstream media, Canada still has nearly 1000
military personnel in Afghanistan, playing a significant role in NATO’s
unpopular occupation of the country.

Delicious food and drinks will be available for sale from our hosts at
