StopWar's AGM and Conference

Saturday, June 11 – 11am to 4pm
Maritime Labour Centre
111 Victoria Drive, Vancouver

The day will include two panel discussions:

-The 2011 uprisings throughout North Africa and the Middle East
-The challenges facing the anti-war movement under a Harper majority
government

There will also be a ‘Year in Review’ presented by StopWar co-chairs, an
update on the work of the Canadian Peace Alliance, as well as updates from
local delegates who will be aboard the ‘Tahrir’, the Canadian Boat to Gaza
which will be joining the international Freedom Flotilla 2 later in June.

StopWar AGM business will be conducted towards the end of the afternoon
session. All are welcome to attend the panel discussions.

Pizza lunch will be provided – $5 suggested donation.

Coffee, tea and refreshments will be served.
